Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

ROIify is provided by Sole trader. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all ROIify orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you checked out with, or
  2. Email us at support@roiify.app with your order details and we will help you get your refund processed.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window has passed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. If you cancel a subscription after the 30-day window, you will keep access until the end of the current paid billing period and will not be charged again.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net or from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
