ROIify ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Sole trader, an unincorporated sole trader providing the ROIify ROI and payback calculator (the "Service") at roiify.app. By using the Service you are entering into a contract with Sole trader.
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
ROIify is a web-based calculator that helps small business owners model return on investment, payback periods, and cashflow scenarios for equipment purchases, marketing spend, and staff hires. Outputs are estimates only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should always validate results with a qualified accountant or adviser before making business decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

All intellectual property in the Service, including the software, calculations, models, documentation, branding, and the ROIify name and logo, is and remains the property of Sole trader. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan and these Terms. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payments, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you: (a) materially breach these Terms, (b) fail to pay any fees when due, (c) pose a security or fraud risk, or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
